During this class, we will discuss how to address current symptoms of insomnia through diet & lifestyle. We will also discuss what steps we can take to ensure we do not suffer from insomnia again. Saturday Class A: We’ll focus on stress in our daily lives and its effect on the stress hormones and the body-mind. We’ll also discuss menstruation & menstrual variations/conditions as well as methods of controlling & suppressing hormones (birth control, HRT, synthetic/bio-identical hormones) and perimenopause/menopause
Sunday Class B: Ayurveda and its approach to hormonal balance
